STC EVENTS 2010 (Last updated: Apr. 11, 2010)

The clay courts will be open soon.  The target date is May 1, but the actual opening date depends on the weather.  Our first club event, the Eighth Annual Max and Sam Abrams Tennis Rally will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 1pm to 4pm. There will be a Spring Meeting of members at the Rally to elect a Board Member to complete a term that expires on 12/31 2010.  Our regular monthly mixers occur on the first Saturday morning of each month beginning in June. Additional mixers are also planned. Play on the STC Ladder will start in June.  Complete the relevant section of your application form if you are interested or send an email to the club if you forget to complete that portion - admin[at sign]springfieldtennisclub.com. The Inaugural Rudy Altobelli Senior (Age 50 and Up) Doubles Tournament will take place on June 19, 2010 (Rain date: 6/20).  This will be a one day event and is limited to the first 16 teams that register in each division (Men's or Women's Doubles).   The entry fee is $10 per team.  See the event schedule for other upcoming events.
