The Officers and Directors of the Springfield Tennis Club are elected by the members at the annual meeting, except the Treasurer who is appointed by the Board each year. Officers are elected for a one-year term. In addition to the Officers, the Board of Directors consists of 6 at-large members; at least two of them are elected each year for three year terms. Vacant positions on the Board may also be filled temporarily by the Board and by election at the Annual Meeting for the remainder of the term.
